The value for money at this Gite was fantastic, with a lovely modern and clean room, surrounded by vineyards and with amazing views. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, providing recommendations and pre-heating the hot tub for our arrival.

The hotel breakfast menu could be improved by offering more variety.

Despite a few hiccups, our stay in Franschhoek was not without its charms. the location was ideal - within easy walking distance of several wineries and restaurants. It was great to be able to indulge in some wine tasting without having to worry about driving. Secondly, the bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after a day of exploring. Lastly, we appreciated the responsive management, who promptly addressed any queries or issues we had, including the unreliable internet connection.

There were some aspects of our stay that fell short of our expectations. One of the main disappointments was the lack of adequate lighting in the evenings.

We enjoyed lazing on the comfortable bed and soaking up the sun while admiring the beautiful nature views. The location was also great, within walking distance to the main road and attractions. it was a private, natural, and peaceful stay.

We struggled with the eco hot tub. It was difficult to figure out how to use it properly, so we ended up using it as a plunge pool instead.
