All was perfect.

It was located in a very safe area, perfect to relax even without any activity and just a few minutes from the famous V & A waterfront. The room and bathroom were both beautiful and clean. The breakfast was fantastic with lovely options and served in a beautiful terrace. The staff provided VIP service and went above and beyond to make guests feel special. The pool, massages, and cocktails were simply amazing and the hotel facilities were impeccable.

The parking was located away from the apartments, requiring a short walk to get there.

We loved every moment at the Glen Boutique Hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of. The service was impeccable, from the friendly Derek who arranged for our favorite wine to be delivered to the hotel, to the helpful and accommodating Phil, the manager. The hotel itself was beautifully presented and the food was of superior quality. Highlights of our stay were the stunning sunset view from our room, the delicious tomato soup that made us feel right at home, and the early breakfast provided for our day trip. We have never experienced such happiness and peacefulness at any other hotel.

My stay at The Glen was wonderful. I was visiting relatives in Sea Point and the hotel's location was perfect for me. The intimate size of the hotel created a cozy atmosphere, and the entry building had a charming vibe. I loved that my room was conveniently close to the pool and it was incredibly peaceful in the evenings. The breakfast options were plentiful and tasty, and the staff were attentive and friendly. The two bar choices, delicious food, and variety of snacks were also great. The tapas and wine menu at the restaurant were enjoyable, and the overall ambiance felt secure. The service, especially from Joe and Alister, was top-notch. The spa treatments were professional and reasonably priced. I also appreciated the option to rent a car from the hotel and the convenient airport pickup/drop-off service.

The staff went above and beyond to make my stay easy and enjoyable, from airport pick-up to personal assistance with tours and ordering food late at night. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, the breakfasts were amazing, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.

the exclusive amenities fulfilled my every need. the outdoor swimming pool and Spa & wellness centre were exceptional. the Sauna, jacuzzi, full body massage, spa lounge, and steam room provided the ultimate relaxing experience. the sun terrace and garden area were perfect for soaking up the sun while enjoying a cocktail from the poolside snack bar.

the bathroom door closes with a loud cracking sound, which was irritating.

I spent my New Year at this hotel and it was amazing! the complimentary champagne and chocolates were a great way to ring in the new year. the hotel is conveniently located near a lot of great restaurants and shops. Plus, the pool was a huge plus and a perfect place to relax and cool off.

The noise level was a bit much at times. I could hear furniture being moved around late into the night and there were some disturbances from service entrances.

The hotel's location was ideal, with easy access to shops, restaurants like La Boheme, and even the beach.
