We were impressed by the level of friendliness from the staff, especially Charlie who served our meals. The grounds and facilities were excellent. The children's activities were top-notch. The food at the restaurant was delicious. The outdoor facilities, including the pool and hot springs, were well-maintained. The rooms in the hotel were spacious and comfortable.

We felt snug during our stay at Gooderson Natal Spa Hot Springs Resort. We had no complaints whatsoever.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the neat and tidy resort with friendly and helpful staff. Mrs Ireland went above and beyond to assist me when I hurt my back. The pools were beautiful and clean, providing a great time for my daughter. Ace was amazing on the horse rides, displaying patience and calmness. The rooms were clean and in good condition.

We recently stayed at a hotel that was away from the hustle and bustle of the city, providing a serene and peaceful environment. The location was perfect, with easy access to the shop and other attractions. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was well-maintained. The staff provided excellent service, going above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. The breakfast had a wide variety of options and the view from the dining area was breathtaking. the experience was enjoyable and memorable.

There was a lack of elevators in the hotel, which made it inconvenient to carry luggage up several flights of stairs.

The natural surroundings were beautiful and relaxing. The local activities were fun such as going on a quad biking adventure and enjoying the rock pool. , the complimentary breakfast was decent and filling.

The bathrooms were unacceptable and poorly maintained, lacking simple amenities such as shower curtains. the lack of management and supervision allowed day visitors to overpower the hot pools, reducing their cleanliness and enjoyment.

I recently had my 5th visit to this hotel within 2 years, which speaks volumes about its quality. The value for money is commendable, especially considering the attention to detail in the prices. The location is perfect for exploring the battlefields and the outskirts offer a peaceful atmosphere. The staff are attentive and the basic amenities including the rooms with double beds, showers, and air conditioning are satisfactory. The hotel also boasts a lovely view, although the crumbling brickwork is a small drawback. Additionally, the breakfast offered is delicious, despite the soggy cereals.
