I recently stayed at a guesthouse in Green Point and had a wonderful experience. The owner, Blake, was incredibly accommodating and made sure I had everything I needed. The location was perfect, away from the busy areas but still within walking distance of restaurants and bars. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. I appreciated the effort to provide a fan for the hotter nights. The communal area was well-equipped and there was even a hidden gem next door, The Strangers Club, where I enjoyed a delicious breakfast. I had a great stay and would definitely return.

I did notice a few small areas for improvement. The balcony could have been equipped with chairs and a table to fully enjoy the view, although I understand that the main attractions were not too far away.

The shared kitchen and lounge are big and spacious, and there is even a washing machine available for guests to use. the room was spacious and had a lovely balcony with a great view. the ensuite was tidy and convenient. We loved using the shared kitchen and lounge, which were both big and spacious. Having access to a washing machine was a huge plus. the property felt secure and was in a well-located area. It only took us 20 minutes to walk to the V&A Waterfront. We also discovered a fantastic café/bar just a short walk away, where we could enjoy cheap coffee and meals. the happy hour in the evening was a bonus that we and another couple at the accommodation really enjoyed. the guesthouse provided excellent value for money, especially considering its location.

I loved the natural surroundings and being close to nature. The location was perfect, with easy access to Green Point, Waterfront, and Bokap. Walking to these places was a breeze, which is great for someone like me who prefers walking over driving. The host, Brick, was absolutely wonderful. He even went out of his way to offer me a bottle of wine and provide tips for the carnival. He even mailed my postcards on my behalf when I couldn't find the time. Highly recommend him as a host!

I felt incredibly welcomed during my stay, and nothing was too much trouble.
