The beautiful gardens provide a picturesque backdrop, perfect for relaxation and reconnecting with nature. The spacious and neat rooms ensure a comfortable stay, with friendly staff going above and beyond to accommodate requests. The delicious breakfast is a great start to the day, and the helpful staff, such as Alex and Reuben, further enhance the experience. The location of the lodge allows for breathtaking views and a truly tranquil getaway.

Some guests reported delays in service, particularly in the restaurant, which could be improved.

The location was stunning with impressive views and beautiful gardens. the rooms were exactly as shown in the pictures and had lovely views. It was enjoyable to relax in the big beautiful gardens and the spa treatments were good.

The bar was dirty, unattended, and the staff was unfriendly. On my birthday, they failed to deliver the package we had booked and confirmed, and there was no food option for starters or desserts.

I recently stayed at this hotel and I must say, it exceeded my expectations in every way. The location was absolutely stunning, surrounded by lush and beautiful grounds. The staff here were phenomenal and provided top-notch service. From the warm and polite welcome at reception to the amazing service at the restaurant, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. I even had the pleasure of enjoying dinner and breakfast served to my room, both of which were delicious and fresh. The amenities in the room were also fantastic, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.
