our stay at hitgeheim country lodge in addo was absolutely amazing. the honeymoon suite exceeded all our expectations with its breathtaking views and peaceful atmosphere. the staff was friendly and accommodating, making our guided tours and airport pick-up a breeze. we can't wait to visit again and fully relax in the beautiful surroundings!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this hidden paradise. The views of the surrounding area were breathtaking and the private check-in made us feel special. Our room, with its stunning four-poster bed and outside decking, was beautifully appointed. The service from the staff was superb, with attentive and friendly assistance at all times. Breakfast offered a great selection of delicious food, and the safari package provided an unforgettable experience, including the opportunity to see a lion hunt and kill. the lodge provided a luxurious and unforgettable getaway.

The nearby elephant park was more like a big zoo rather than a true game reserve.

The cleaning staff went above and beyond to ensure our rooms were immaculate and even cleaned our car each morning. The restaurant offered delicious meals, particularly the breakfast buffet with its variety of fresh fruits and cereals. The lodge also provided convenient access to nearby safari experiences. we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel.
