We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The setting was simply amazing, with lovely rooms that provided enhanced comfort and a touch of luxury. The omelette at breakfast was incredibly tasty, and the staff member who served us was friendly, proactive, and made us feel right at home. It's also really charming to know that this place has historical significance, being the birthplace of JRR Tolkien. The decor in the rooms was comfortable and the teddy bears were a nice touch. The beds were so comfortable that we had a great night's sleep. Additionally, the breakfast spread was delicious and we highly recommend trying the omelettes. We also appreciated the warm welcome from the staff and the large garden area, where we could sit and relax in peace.

We had a great time at this unique hotel with our children. The location was perfect, close to restaurants and the main avenue. The lovely lit garden at night was a magical experience. The room was cozy and filled with Lord of The Rings memorabilia. The breakfast was delicious and the service was top-notch. There were old books and maps of Middle Earth, adding to the charm. The staff were friendly and helpful. We couldn't have asked for a better stay.

The narrow stairs going up to the first floor were a bit challenging with our big suitcases and a 1-year-old.
