Not one thing.

I stayed at a guesthouse situated on a hilltop with stunning views over a lagoon. My room, the Selwyn suite, had a large window that provided breathtaking views of the lagoon. The staff was incredibly nice and gave great recommendations for activities in the area. The breakfast was delicious and there was also a massage therapist available. it was a great experience with amazing views and excellent service.

The internet speeds at the guesthouse could use some improvement.

We had a fantastic experience at this boutique hotel. The staff at Kanonkop House were incredibly professional, warm, and accommodating. Liesl and Rico deserve a special mention for their exceptional service. The penthouse suites offered breathtaking views of the lagoon and were spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean. The complimentary drinks from the mini bar were a delightful touch, and Rico's gin cocktails were a treat. We were even amazed when the staff found and returned medication I had misplaced. From start to finish, Liesl kept us well informed, making us feel at home and ensuring a truly enjoyable experience. The owner, Mark, personally greeted us at breakfast and was always available to help with our plans. We can't wait to return in the future!

My stay at this hotel was a luxurious experience, fulfilled with exclusive amenities and outstanding service. The swimming pool and sun terrace were perfect for relaxing, with sun loungers and beach umbrellas available. The spa centre provided excellent beauty treatments, including manicures, full body and head massages, and facials. I also enjoyed the in-room breakfast and outdoor dining area, which provided a delightful atmosphere.

The room was well-equipped with exclusive facilities, including a treatment room and private bar, but the bathroom lighting was insufficient, making it difficult to apply makeup or shave. However, this was a minor issue that did not detract from the overall fantastic stay at this hotel.

Breathtaking views and amazing hospitality! Loved the complimentary drinks at the bar and the personalized recommendations for dinner arrangements. The rooms were unique and comfortable with stunning views of the lagoon. The location was perfect, just a few minutes' drive away from town!

The initial check-in process could have been smoother and less chaotic. The sales pitch for massages could have waited until after we settled into our rooms.
