From the moment we arrived, we were treated with exceptional service from the hotel staff. The room was spacious and elegantly decorated, with exclusive amenities that fulfilled our luxurious needs. The restaurant served delicious meals and the leisure room offered a comfortable place to relax. We enjoyed the outdoor swimming pool and the beautiful garden area. The location provided stunning views and numerous private facilities.

The only minor issue we encountered was with the Spa & wellness centre as it was unavailable during our stay. However, the hotel staff were able to suggest and arrange for alternative spa treatments off-site, which was a nice gesture.

Beautiful views and great food and drink. The rooms were spacious and had private patios. The staff was helpful and welcoming.

The weather was a bit too cool to try the inviting infinity pool. The peacocks roaming around on the property can be quite noisy and annoying, and the pen with the springboks feels too small for them.

Amazing staff, stunning views, free upgrade, complimentary minibar, fantastic event and dinner, special weekend.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.
