There was a temporary power outage during our stay, which was beyond the control of the hotel.

Upon arrival at Raw Karoo Guest House, I was greeted by a warm and friendly family who made me feel instantly at home. The rooms, especially the family room, were incredibly comfortable and had a clean and stylish design. The highlight of my stay was without a doubt the exceptional handmade breakfast that was served each morning. The pool was a refreshing oasis in the middle of the city, providing the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. Despite a slight issue with the pillows being too hard and sporadic wifi, the overall experience was fantastic. I will definitely be recommending this guest house to others.

The beds were very comfortable, and we were happy to find a well-stocked honesty bar in the room. the room was also very clean and had a nice design. the location was great, as we were close to many of the main sights and some lovely restaurants, which made it easy to explore the area. the pool and garden were also well-maintained and provided a great area to relax.

There were a few negative aspects of our stay at this hotel. there was no real variety offered for breakfast, as we had to choose what we wanted to eat and drink the night before.

The room amenities were excellent, including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and a cozy sitting area. We especially enjoyed the terrace and dining table on the patio, perfect for enjoying the lovely garden views. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was a great convenience. The staff went the extra mile during our stay, surprising us with a complimentary bottle of champagne as we were celebrating our honeymoon. It truly made our stay even more memorable.
