There were a few disappointments during our stay, including the lack of attention to detail in room cleanliness and maintenance. The bins were not cleaned regularly and the soap and shampoo boxes were not replaced.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of value for money. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail and the beautiful neighborhood it was located in. We felt safe, as it was right opposite the clinic and in a safe area close to the center. The staff provided excellent service and the basic amenities were all provided. The rooms were furnished in a way that reminded us of a Nonna's pensione in Tuscany, with comfortable beds and private bathrooms. The breakfast was delicious and a great way to start the day.
