Despite some room issues, Mitford Lodge in Morgan's Bay is a decent choice with friendly staff. the location is convenient, with other apartments looking more suitable. A good alternative to the larger hotels in town.

we had a wonderful time staying at mitford lodge. the view from our room was breathtaking, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the location right on the beach front was fabulous. it was a quieter part of the village, within walking distance to nature walks and the beach & lagoon. the pet-friendly unit was spacious and the restaurant served delicious dishes with a stunning sea view.

Our suite had an amazing view of the ocean, and the covered patio with a braai area was a delightful bonus. the staff were incredibly accommodating, making us feel like VIP guests. It was a seaside experience unlike any other, truly a hidden gem by the sea.
