The hotel is brand new and spotlessly clean, with helpful and friendly staff. The check-in was smooth and our needs were met. The exclusive amenities provided in the room, such as double vanities and luxury toiletries, were impressive. The garden area and close proximity to the beach made our stay truly enjoyable and relaxing.

The hotel was a bit dull and lacked entertainment options, with the leisure/TV room being the only available option. The location is a bit far from the city center, with a 30-minute drive.

The room was clean and comfortable, and I enjoyed the beautiful view from my window. The staff, although they didn't speak much English, were helpful and accommodating. the location was convenient for my business trip, as it was close to the main road.

The breakfast was quite limited and the cleanliness could have been better, as there were some bugs in the hotel. the soundproofing needs improvement as I could hear my neighbors.

The view from Santana Otel was absolutely breathtaking, with direct beach access that made it a perfect location for relaxation. The room we stayed in was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Despite being close to a highway, there was surprisingly no traffic noise, allowing for a peaceful stay. The staff, although limited in English, were still helpful and accommodating. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and enjoyable stay.
