During our Easter trip, we had a fantastic stay at this hotel! the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing great suggestions for dining out and making reservations for us. the shuttle bus service to the nearby waterfront was a nice touch and made getting around much easier. And let's talk about the breakfast buffet, it was hands down the best breakfast spread we enjoyed throughout our entire trip!

There were a couple of negatives during our stay. one of the employees at the front desk seemed aloof and unfriendly, which made us feel a bit unwelcome.

Had a wonderful Xmas stay in a stunning historic house in a prime location. The house was spacious and beautifully decorated, with touches of modern luxury and a private pool. The friendly staff made us feel like we were part of their family, offering a memorable experience. We enjoyed the convenience of having access to the main amenities of the hotel, including a delicious breakfast and helpful shuttle service.

The shower could have been better and the towels could have been softer. Although most staff members were helpful, some lacked experience and it showed. Also, some guests seemed unhappy with the breakfast options. our stay was pleasant, but some improvements could be made to better manage the hotel and provide an even more enjoyable experience.
