I recently stayed at Newkings Boutique in Sea Point for a weekend getaway. The location was perfect, close to the sea, promenade, and a variety of cafes and restaurants. The staff was incredibly nice and the rooms were spacious. Despite being located above a mall, the hotel felt isolated and even had a supermarket, which was a bonus. The hotel's restaurant, Zest, also had great food. The views from the room, especially of Lions Head, were amazing. a hidden gem with friendly staff and convenient amenities.

The room was well-equipped with a safe, fridge, and tea-making equipment. The location was ideal, with plenty of nearby restaurants and a safe area. The free underground parking was a great advantage for guests with a hire car.

There was nowhere to hang clothes in the room, which was a bit strange. the fact that people were allowed to smoke on the covered open balcony during breakfast was intrusive to other guests and should be stopped.

The hotel is well situated close to everything, in a busy shopping center with quite a nondescript entrance. It is also close to all the vibey restaurants in trendy Seapoint. The breakfast was very good, with a variety of options. The staff were friendly and professional in all areas, from reception to housekeeping.

The room had a complex entry to the lifts.

I had an amazing stay here. The location couldn't be any better as there are heaps of shops and places to eat inside the building. My room had a breathtaking view of the sea which was absolutely stunning. The staff were super friendly and always happy to help. I loved the room service - it was prompt and efficient, and the housekeeping was great. I also took advantage of the tours/ticket assistance which made it really easy to explore the area.

I highly recommend this place to any family looking for a comfortable hotel with fantastic service.

Breakfast was included and it was good, a nice variety to choose from. The location was very convenient, close to restaurants and shopping. The room itself was spacious, which was a plus.

The room was extremely dirty and not well-maintained. The walls and carpets were stained, and the bathroom was in a terrible state.

I was delighted with the convenient location of Newkings Boutique. Being able to walk to shops and restaurants made our stay even more enjoyable. The presence of a Woollies and coffee shops on the ground floor was definitely a plus. Additionally, the friendly staff and cool and quirky front desk clerks added a pleasant touch to our experience.

Varied breakfast, friendly and helpful staff, nice but noisy room, went out of their way to make holiday enjoyable. Staff's friendliness, cleanliness, good breakfast with fresh fruit. Spacious room with all necessities, minor door issue promptly resolved. Great location, close to sea, restaurants, and supermarket. Hotel restaurant also great.

The room was clean and comfortable, with useful amenities like a fridge, microwave, and kettle. I loved the daily cleaning service and turn down service. This was my second stay here, and I will definitely be returning!
