Staff is very friendly and helpful. They gave us a Christmas gift when we checked out. , they let us check in early at 8:00 am. The location is great - high-end shopping is just across the street. Lastly, the shower is amazing - perfect water pressure and temperature.

The hotel is too modern, and some of the amenities require a degree of technology understanding. As a senior couple, we struggled with adjusting to some of the new gadgets.
