Great value for money, spacious room, excellent location near the beach and mall, top-notch service from friendly staff.

Breakfast offerings could be more diverse.

The room was luxurious, the staff were attentive, and the amenities were excellent. Although there were a few minor issues with breakfast variety and room temperature, the outstanding service from Dimitri, Nongi, Namtha, Noma, and others made my stay memorable.

We had the BEST stay at this boutique hotel. the decor is elegant and comfortable, the staff is incredibly helpful, and the suite we stayed in was spacious and well-appointed. the hotel is located in a nice neighborhood, just a short walk from the beach and a 10-minute drive from the airport. the wifi was excellent, and the room service steak fillet was the best we had in South Africa. Can't recommend this place enough.

Here we experienced an incredibly luxurious stay! the amenities were exclusive and we felt thoroughly pampered. the spa & wellness centre was outstanding, with a sauna and an outstanding outdoor swimming pool surrounded by lovely sun loungers and a sun terrace. the Spa centre was an amazing added bonus! We loved the option of in-room breakfast, which was a nice room advantage that helped us really relax.

While everything was perfect, the only minor issue we faced was with the restaurant, as my partner's fish dish wasn't properly prepared and the vegetables were inconsistent. this one unpleasant incident did not ruin the lovely dining experience and totally did not affect our wonderful stay at the hotel.

The whole experience was good. The staff were exceedingly helpful. The food was lovely. The villa across from the main hotel felt like a "home away from home". The rooms were large and equipped with every amenity. The pool and lounge area were inviting. Breakfast was excellent. The property was safe and secure.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a boutique hotel in Summerstrand, nestled in a private garden area. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated in an Art Deco style. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained with modern amenities. The staff provided impeccable service, ensuring that every need was met. The breakfast was delicious, offering a variety of options to suit all tastes. The hotel also had facilities such as an in-house cinema, perfect for watching movies or sports events. it was a delightful and luxurious experience.

One aspect that could be improved is the cleaning service, as some areas of the room were not thoroughly cleaned.

We spent Easter at a boutique hotel recently and the location was great! the rooms were beautifully decorated and very spacious. We particularly enjoyed the luxurious amenities like the comfortable bedding and the beautiful views. the swimming pool was a very nice touch and provided for a relaxing day by the water.

Sadly, our dining experience was not up to par. the food was unappetizing and the service was very slow.

As a tourist, I loved the range of facilities at this hotel. The swimming pool, free wifi, and gym were all great to have. The art deco building was a standout feature, with a beautiful art collection to admire. The hotel staff were welcoming and professional, always ready to assist. The hotel also had a strong commitment to the environment, providing information on water conservation during our stay. this was the best hotel experience ever.

I felt so comfortable at this hotel that I have no complaints whatsoever.
