we had a fantastic stay at o on kloof boutique hotel & spa. from the warm welcome to the beautiful ocean views and luxurious jacuzzi, everything was perfect. the staff were incredibly friendly, accommodating our requests with a smile. the spa was a highlight, perfect for a girls' weekend. also, the breakfast was delicious, with options for dietary requirements. overall, a lovely and modern property with excellent facilities.

Celebrated my birthday and graduation at the lovely hotel. Warm welcome by Shepard with bubbles, showed us ocean view rooms and hot baths. Great shower pressure and temperature. Convenient location near shopping and transportation. Friendly staff, comfy bed, daily room cleaning, and amazing jacuzzi on the balcony. Delicious breakfast made to order. Indoor heated pool was a hit!

The database was user, friendly and easy to navigate, making it simple to find the information I needed. the room with a private jacuzzi was a luxurious touch that added an extra level of relaxation to my stay. It was spacious, comfortable, and very well, appointed, making it the perfect retreat after a long day of traveling.

The Wi, Fi signal in the database was a bit weak at times, making it slightly difficult to connect to the internet consistently.

The staff at this hotel were charm, politeness, and efficiency itself. They were always ready to assist with a smile on their faces, making our stay feel very welcoming. We were pleasantly surprised when they came to our room after complaining about an issue with a broken spa bath, equipped with a bucket and some cleaning bottles to resolve the situation promptly. the in-room breakfast was very enjoyable, with a good variety available on the menu. the bar/lounge area was fantastic and plentiful, offering a nice atmosphere to relax. the garden area was really nice, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the Cape Town/Sea Point area. the location was ideal for exploring nearby attractions and dining options, being just a 10-minute walk to the beach.

It would have been great if the check-in process was smoother and quicker. the wifi connection could be improved for better guest convenience.

The proximity to the beach and the helpful staff were fantastic.

For dads, more child-friendly breakfast options would be great.

The staff are very helpful and patient, providing assistance with planning activities and even helping with transportation arrangements.

One negative aspect is that some areas of the hotel, such as the shared patio and reception area, lack proper communication and organization.

The hotel had an indoor pool which was warm and perfect to relax in. the staff suggested using an Uber which was very helpful and saved us some money on transportation. they were friendly and always had a smile on their faces which was nice.

We had a bad experience upon arrival as no one met us at the reception area. we were not informed about the shared patio for room 7 which was a bit of a disappointment.
