We had a lovely Easter stay at the beautiful Old Halliwell! The beds were so comfortable with luxurious white linen, and we enjoyed cozying up by the fireplace on the chilly winter nights. The rolling hills in the distance created a picturesque setting. The dinners and breakfast were excellent, and the waitresses were friendly and incredibly helpful.

Although the service in the restaurant was a little slow and disorganized, the servers had a commendable and friendly attitude. Additionally, our bathroom only had a bath and the tap leaked.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room to work and relax. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests. The breakfast options were varied and delicious, providing a great start to the day.

The Wi-Fi connection was unreliable and slow, making it difficult to stay connected and get work done. The location was quite remote, with limited options for dining or entertainment nearby.

What a marvelous way to spend a New Year's Eve! We were amazed by the outstanding location near the rolling hills and breathtaking views. We enjoyed the complimentary drinks and the cozy fireplace in our room. Not to mention that the staff was super friendly and accommodating to our every need.

To be honest, the food wasn't the best we've had. the seasoning was a bit off, and some dishes lacked flavor.

The family room was spacious and perfect for our needs, with plenty of room for our family of four. The management and staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. The food served at the hotel was absolutely delicious, exceeding our expectations.

That the room could use an update, as it felt quite dated. if you prefer a shower, make sure to book a room with one as the bath with a hand shower can be a bit challenging without a shower curtain.
