My family and I had a great time staying at this hotel. The location is perfect - it's close enough to the beaches and stores, but not too close to be noisy. The rooms were comfortable, and the bathrooms were clean. The breakfast buffet had a huge variety, and the chefs changed the menu daily. The staff provided excellent service.

Some guests have complained about the customer care on arrival, but it did not affect our stay.

This hotel is at the right place, in a safe location. The staff are very helpful and professional, with good attention to detail. The rooms are very tidy and clean, even with the window closed, and have good wifi. Breakfast was also good with a variety of options.

The location of the hotel is also great, with attractions like the Durban Board Walk, Suncoast Casino and Hotel, Florida Road, Moses Mabhida Stadium.
