Superb staff, brilliant service, gem of a place. Great rooms, comfortable with balcony views. Ample safe parking. Clean and well-fitted. Excellent breakfast despite load shedding. Thoroughly enjoyed the hospitality and humor of the stars running the hotel. Will return!

The hotel was immaculately clean and comfortable, with spacious rooms and a large veranda. The location, just on the outskirts of the city, was perfect for exploring Knysna and its surroundings. The hotel facilities were excellent, including a fully fitted kitchen and braai facilities. The staff, especially Charlotte and Maria, were very friendly and hospitable. The breakfast spread was decent and the coffee was great. we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

There was nothing we didn't like.

During my Easter trip, I had a wonderful stay at a hotel in Knysna. the breakfast was delicious and included fresh options. the staff was very friendly and provided great recommendations for things to do in the area. I also appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms and the quiet air conditioning. the location was convenient for accessing the main road, but not so close that it was noisy. the rooms had beautiful views of the surrounding landscape.

While the hotel itself was lovely, I did have some minor complaints. the location was a bit tricky to find at first, which caused some initial frustration.

During my recent stay at Orange Inn, I was impressed by the stunning view from my balcony. The accommodation was very neat and had all the necessary facilities, including WiFi. The staff at reception provided us with a warm welcome and were extremely friendly throughout our stay. Additionally, I appreciated the helpful advice from Lloyd and Rose on activities to do in the area, despite the rainy weather. I had a great experience and I would definitely recommend Orange Inn to others.

The cleanliness was top-notch, with spotlessly clean rooms and common areas. The hotel facilities were great, with a relaxing pool area and well-equipped rooms. The staff were outstanding, going above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable.
