I had the most wonderful stay at this hotel in Hermanus. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure that I had everything I needed. The attention to detail was superb, from the clean and well-equipped rooms with a balcony, to the delicious breakfast provided. The location was perfect, being close to main attractions and yet tucked away in a quiet and peaceful area.

There were some aspects of our stay that were less than ideal. For one, the pool was more for show than for swimming and the bathroom lacked proper ventilation, which made things a bit unpleasant.

The room was tastefully decorated and very comfortable. the large bathtub was a nice touch and the private balcony was a great place to relax. the location was perfect, just off the highway and a short distance from the city center. the secure parking was also a plus.

The bathroom seemed to be recently renovated and there were still plastic wraps on some of the fixtures. the shower was a bit difficult to access and some of the fittings were loose.
