The corner suite with two bathrooms was incredible, especially with rose petals and champagne for my wife's birthday!

Had the most lekker time last week! The grounds are stunning, and the staff was super friendly, especially when we were sorting out that last-minute dinner. The space just feels so relaxing, and the koi pond area? Major vibe!

Had a bit of an off experience when we got to the room—some stuff could’ve been better cleaned, but overall it didn’t ruin the stay, just a tiny hiccup.

The breakfast was almost excellent, but the service was painfully slow. I can’t believe the nerve of this place not offering cutlery for takeout sushi! After spending R5000 a night, an upgrade or at least some plates would’ve been expected. Not to mention, there's no proper spa—just massages by the pool, which is just utterly disappointing.

Had a cracking time here! The staff were pure gems, really made us feel special. The room was comfy, and I loved the little touches like the chocolates and chilled water. Only downside was we found the breakfast service a wee bit slow. Still, can't wait to come back!

the location of the palazzo hotel is super convenient, close to restaurants and shops. the pool area and gardens are really nice and well taken care of. the staff is generally nice and helpful, especially nyakallo and lucia who made check-in easy. the rooms are spacious and comfy, and the water pressure in the showers is awesome. breakfast is pretty good too, except sometimes they run out of stuff.

Great welcome drink and friendly staff. Room terrace needs cleaning, had bird droppings.

Can just recommend for a short staycation

Lovely room, fantastic pool, including a fitness center that kept me energized for exploring around the area and the great restaurants nearby.

the room had an amazing view of the gardens and fountains. the breakfast was aweful and seemed like a health hazard.

The spectacular Palazzo offers an amazing blend of beauty and excitement! We loved exploring Montecasino, especially after its recent renovations. With two teenagers in tow, we also enjoyed the challenge of Adventure Golf surrounded by waterfalls and lush greens. The complimentary wine was a hit too!

My kids wished for a bit more variety in the breakfast options.

We spent our anniversary here and from the moment we walked in, the security welcomed us with a smile. The staff was eager to assist, highlighting breakfast times and guiding us with everything we needed to know. The gardens are beautiful and we found ourselves wandering through them, feeling like we were in a hidden paradise.

It wasn’t budget-friendly, but for the service and experience, it felt justifiable.

This place suits me perfectly with great amenities like free Wi-Fi, a lovely outdoor pool, 24-hour reception, and a cozy bar lounge. On my first stay, staff even helped me with currency exchange. I highly recommend the relaxing atmosphere around the koi pond! I'm coming back for a business trip.
