The cozy, well-decorated room was a hidden gem. the owners' friendly demeanor and willingness to accommodate our needs made our stay truly special. The nearby beach access was a lovely bonus for afternoon strolls.

The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, which made our stay enjoyable. The breakfast felt a bit limited, not many choices. The proximity to the beach is unbeatable, perfect for a morning stroll. Would recommend for a laid-back getaway.

My stay was marred by a family reunion that took over the inn. The overcrowded areas made it impossible to enjoy the pool, which was supposed to be a highlight of my visit. Dealing with the loud kids and drunk adults was frankly exhausting and completely ruined the relaxing atmosphere I was hoping for.

The rooms were immaculate, well-maintained, and the owners were truly accommodating (a lovely Indian couple! ). The seasonal outdoor pool was refreshing, and the picnic area was perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach.

The breakfast could benefit from a few more hot items to complement the pastries and muffins provided. During peak times, the common areas felt a bit crowded.

we had a fantastic 5-night stay at handkerchief shoals inn. the location is perfect with beautiful small inlets, marinas, and beaches nearby. the pool was refreshing, and the daily coffee and muffins were a lovely touch that started our mornings right.

the only minor downside was that the carpet could use a more thorough vacuuming.

It felt overcrowded with noisy families dominating the pool!!! The mattress in my room was quite uncomfortable, and I suggest they address that. No one wants to deal with an unexpected toilet issue in their room!!!
