The lift in the hotel is old and not very efficient.

Our recent stay in the hotel was wonderful! The location of the hotel was superb, being in the center of everything, and right by the beachfront. We didn't need any transport as we could easily walk to wherever we wanted to go. The views from the rooms were amazing, and the rooms themselves were clean and spacious with comfortable beds. The breakfast was delightful and had a great variety of options to choose from. The service provided by the staff was exceptional and they were always ready to help.

We did experience some issues with the hot water in the bathroom, but it was soon resolved by the staff.

I recently stayed at this place and I had an amazing experience. The location was perfect, right along the coast and close to many entertainment options. The room was very comfortable and had all the amenities I needed, including air conditioning and tea and coffee facilities. The breakfast was delicious and the staff provided excellent customer service, from the security guard to the kitchen staff. I felt very safe and well taken care of here.

I had a great time at the hotel during my recent visit to Durban. My stay was for a week and I wanted to be close to the beach, which Parade Hotel is. The location was ideal for enjoying early morning activities at the Golden Mile and exploring the city in the evening. The bar facility was a nice touch and the bartender was incredibly friendly. The breakfast at the hotel was delicious and there were always friendly staff members, like Bongani and Nosipho, who made my stay even more enjoyable. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and I really appreciated the affordable price for such a nice place.

I had a decent stay at the hotel. the breakfast was satisfying with some nice complimentary features. the location was spot on because it was close to almost everything. I also enjoyed the beautiful views from my window.

My first impression of the hotel was not great because the receptionist seemed unfriendly. To make matters worse, there was a guest who was probably burning something inside the hotel, which caused smoke that filled the place.
