Excellent Decor, Friendly Staff, and Convenient Location

The hotel had a beautifully decorated interior, the staff was friendly, and the location was convenient for accessing local attractions and restaurants. However, the cleanliness of the rooms and maintenance of amenities could be improved for a more pleasant stay.

the rooms were clean and nicely decorated. the hotel is right next to restaurants and walmart. the staff was very helpful. loved that my family and friends were able to gather for my daughter’s first communion.

The staff was extremely friendly and polite. Robbilee was very quick and kind to make things right when I brought any issues to her attention. Breakfast was awesome! The hotel is centrally located to many attractions. The indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, and sun loungers added to our relaxation. Nearby landmarks like the Lincoln Home National Historic Site and the Illinois State Capitol enhanced our family bonding experience.

La Quinta in town offers clean rooms, varied breakfast, and convenient location near Walmart and dining options. Spacious lobby provides group meeting areas. Affordable rates for quality.

The local grub around La Quinta had me on cloud nine! Vegetarian dishes were a divine experience, leaving me craving more. The modern design and new furniture added a trendy touch, and the convenient location near the highway was a game-changer. Walmart within a stone's throw was a bonus!

Woof! A pupper pal across the hall serenaded us with a barking symphony. Front desk took its time in resolving, but all's well that ends well.

My recent stay at this hotel was a pleasant experience overall. the staff was courteous, efficient, and very helpful. I especially want to give a big shout-out to Lori, who works overnight and went out of her way to ensure I had a comfortable stay. the breakfast spread was impressive, offering a variety of options like eggs, cereal, yogurt, and waffles. the location of the hotel was very convenient, close to main roads and with a Walmart just across the street for any last-minute essentials. the lobby had a welcoming atmosphere, and the overall ambiance was inviting.

One thing that could be improved upon at this hotel is the speed of the elevator, which was quite slow. it would be great to have some vending machines on each floor for quick access to drinks and snacks, rather than having to go all the way down to the front desk.

Enjoyed the decor and convenient location at La Quinta By Wyndham Springfield Il. Noise concern first night but comfortable beds and good breakfast made up for it. Some minor cleanliness issues noted, would appreciate more attention to detail. a decent stay.

oh my goodness! the heated indoor pool was an absolute game changer! the water was just perfect, and i couldn't get enough of it! my kids were over the moon! 💦🏊‍♂️

The place was spotless and tidy from the lobby to our room; everything was squeaky clean and didn't reek of fake fragrances, a real breath of fresh air. The decor was neat, breakfast had variety to suit all hungers, and we slept like logs. The evening guy was a gem, great chat! The room had a microwave, perfect for my leftover wings from Smokey Bones. bit of a headache to sort out, but didn't spoil the overall fab experience!

The nearest airport, Abraham Lincoln Capital Airport, is only 11 km away, making it easy to get to and from the hotel. The room amenities, including microwaves and flat-screen TVs, added a comfortable touch to my short stay.

While the service was fine, I couldn't help but notice that the check-in staff had a non-traditional appearance with dreads, tattoos, and piercings. It didn't affect the service, but it felt slightly unprofessional.
