the staff at Pepperclub Hotel were incredibly helpful and accommodating, going above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. They even surprised me with a Birthday cake in my upgraded suite. the room was clean and bright, with a lovely bathroom. Breakfast was delicious and the checkout staff were equally lovely. I will definitely stay here again.

Luxurious and personalized. Stunning views and great location perfect for walking to nearby restaurants and hotspots. Excellent service from friendly staff who even went above and beyond to help with dirty shoes and adaptors. Comfortable bed and nice bath. Definitely worth the price.

the staff there was so friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. They even walked us to a great bar on our first night. the location of the hotel was perfect, with stunning views of Table Mountain and close proximity to Long Street. We also appreciated the free shuttle to V&A Waterfront, saving us on transportation costs. the breakfast at the hotel restaurant was exceptional, with a wide variety of delicious options, including plenty of vegetarian choices. And I can't forget to mention the comfortable beds and the convenience of having a kitchenette in the room.

We had a really good time during our holiday. the staff were friendly and provided great service. We especially enjoyed the delicious food and the outstanding service in the dining area. the facilities were beautiful and comfortable. the hotel provided complimentary rides to key locations, which was a great perk.

We had trouble sleeping due to the noise at night. the music from neighboring facilities was so loud that it was hard to get a good night's rest.

From the moment we arrived, we felt pampered and relaxed. the staff went above and beyond to provide us with luxurious amenities, such as a beautiful spa lounge and outdoor pool with a stunning view.

The only minor issue we encountered was the lack of attention to hygiene in the dining area. While we were asked to remove our slippers, we noticed others were not held to the same standard, which left us feeling uncomfortable.

My stay in the heart of downtown was absolutely incredible. The hotel's central location allowed me to easily explore numerous top-notch bars and restaurants within walking distance. The free shuttle service to the V&A Waterfront and Camps Bay was always on time, making it convenient to visit these popular destinations. The spa services provided were top-notch, and the cinema inside the hotel was outstanding. I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent and affordable food and wine options available.

The limited DSTV channels in the hotel room were a bit disappointing.

The location of this hotel is great for exploring the city. We had an issue with noisy neighbors but the hotel staff quickly resolved it and made sure we were comfortable for the rest of our stay. We appreciated the friendly and helpful staff. Overall I'd recommend this hotel.
