We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location is perfect, right in the heart of everything. It is so close to the old center of Florence and the shops that we were able to walk everywhere easily. The WiFi network in the room was called Gucci, which shows how this place is in a very strategic prime shopping area. The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. They had a bell staff/porter service that helped us with our luggage and the receptionist, Silvia, was amazing. She even arranged for a friend with a car to give us a lift when we needed it. The room itself was spotless and had all the amenities we could ask for. We loved the soundproofed rooms, as we were able to sleep peacefully without any disturbance. The hotel also had a restaurant and bar/lounge area, which was convenient for grabbing a bite to eat or enjoying a drink. we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel to our family and friends.

The location was perfect, within walking distance of great shopping and fantastic restaurants. Silvia, the hotel manager, was especially hospitable and even arranged a wonderful dinner for me nearby.

During my Christmas stay, I loved the beautiful decoration and festive atmosphere of the hotel. the holiday spirit was truly alive, which added to the overall experience. Additionally, the location of the hotel was absolutely perfect. It was situated right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore all the main attractions and enjoy the Christmas festivities that were happening nearby. Lastly, I appreciated the friendly and helpful staff. They were always available to assist with any inquiries or provide recommendations on where to go for the best Christmas markets and events.

Despite a minor issue with the air-conditioning, everything else was fantastic. The hotel is conveniently located near the famous Palazzo Strozzi and even has a Gucci shop downstairs. I highly recommend this hotel.

We definitely got our money's worth with the incredible room upgrade we received. The top floor apartment had the most comfortable bed and luxurious linens. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore. The staff at the hotel, especially Alessandra and Sylvia, were friendly and accommodating.

The only thing that could have been improved about the breakfast option was the coffee machine. However, the made-to-order espresso was excellent and made up for it.
