I had a great experience at Premier Hotel. The staff, particularly Siya, made me feel incredibly welcome. The cleanliness was top-notch, and I was impressed when I left the room for a while and came back to find everything in order. The front desk staff were friendly, and the convenient and free parking was a bonus. The spa was enjoyable, as I had previously experienced. Room service was available, although there was a tray charge. The well-stocked bar and complimentary mineral water in the room fridge were appreciated. I also found the bath, shower, and balcony to be nice additions to the room.

During my Christmas stay, I really appreciated the clean and spacious hotel room. It was a comfortable and cozy space to relax in. Additionally, the hotel offered a breakfast with a variety of food options, including lamb sausages. This was a pleasant surprise as most hotels do not cater to my dietary preferences.

There were a few aspects of my stay that I didn't appreciate. the hotel lacked some basic amenities such as a bath mat, coffee cups, teaspoons, glasses.

We loved the stunning sea view from our spacious and comfortable room. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and the cleanliness was outstanding. The staff provided excellent service with a friendly and welcoming attitude.

The hotel needs to improve its customer care training as we had to wait for almost an hour during check-in with an infant, even though we showed the confirmation email.
