Upon my recent stay at Premier Hotel, I was delighted to find good parking available, making it hassle-free to come and go. The bed in my room was comfortable, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. Additionally, the hotel's location, surrounded by many shops and restaurants, made it convenient for both tourists and businesspeople.

I did encounter a drawback regarding breakfast. The timing was inconvenient as breakfast ended promptly at 10:00, leaving little room for flexibility.

Great location near Mall of Africa, secure parking, efficient check-in process, onsite bar and dining, clean rooms, welcoming reception staff.

The hotel is conveniently located close to restaurants and shops, making it easy to find a variety of dining options. Additionally, it is not far from a great shopping center which was very cool. The hotel is reasonably close to the airport, which is convenient for travelers. The staff at the hotel are friendly and helpful, creating a welcoming atmosphere.

Some guests have reported issues with security and theft at the hotel.

We had a really comfortable stay here. The location was quiet and peaceful, and the staff were always quick to give us service whenever we needed it. The room was really well looked after and had everything we needed, from a flat-screen TV to an electric kettle. We also loved the leisure facilities, which included an outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace.

I had the pleasure of being served by Hazel in the restaurant area at Premier Hotel. She was an exceptional waitress, always friendly and attentive to my preferences. On my last morning, she even remembered that I liked cappuccinos and brought one to me without me having to ask. Hazel's level of service was so impressive that I believe she should be promoted to a manager position. everything about my stay at the hotel was amazing, from the central location to the comfort of the rooms. the staff were always accommodating, and the property itself was well-maintained.

During my Easter break, my stay was generally comfortable and satisfactory. the hotel offered two complementary services that I particularly enjoyed. the location was just perfect for my needs - close to a shopping center and key tourist attractions. the room was spacious and the bed was comfortable ensuring that I had a good night's rest.

The staff’s attitude left a lot to be desired. the cleaning staff were also very noisy in the corridors making it difficult to work in the room.

I had an amazing experience at the hotel lounge, where I got to watch the chef prepare my meal. It felt like being part of the process and made me feel at home. the kitchen setup was also great. the hotel's location is fantastic, with easy access to the main highway and a nearby shopping center. the reception staff were friendly and helpful, making our arrival and departure smooth. the breakfast offered a good variety compared to other places we visited. the room size was satisfactory for our weekend stay. the hotel had a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere and we enjoyed the small pool.
