The breakfast is fabulous, with a wide selection and beautifully presented. Additionally, the hotel offers a shuttle service to the nearby attractions, such as the Hermitage Museum.

The knowledge of the concierge staff about local events and activities in the city is limited.

The breakfast was amazing, with so many options to choose from and even fancy coffee choices included. Plus, the staff at the hotel were the friendliest and most helpful I've ever come across. I appreciated how close the hotel was to local bars and restaurants, making it easy to explore the area.

The gym was a bit lacking and didn't have all the equipment I was hoping for. And, while the location was good for exploring the local scene, it was a bit further from some of the major tourist sights.

I recently stayed at the State Hermitage Museum Official Hotel for a business trip. The location was excellent, close to Moscow railway station and Rubenstain street with bars and restaurants. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. They even had a convenient ticket machine for the Hermitage museum and complimentary shuttle service. The Italian restaurant, MichaelAngelo, was fantastic, and the breakfast buffet had a great variety of fresh food. a fantastic 5-star hotel.
