We faced an incredibly disappointing experience during our stay. Despite being told by the front desk to order warm milk for my infant through room service, I was charged R12 each time, which was frustrating. On top of this, my family and I fell ill after eating hotel food, which made me question the quality of their offerings. There was a lack of empathy from the staff when we shared our concerns, leaving us feeling ignored and unvalued as guests.

Beautiful view, friendly staff, the convenient location just a short drive from the airport made my stay enjoyable with easy access to the local attractions and a lovely pool area to relax after a day of exploring.

Nothing to improve

made a real difference during our stay. The location was convenient, with easy access to local attractions, including a hop-on-hop-off bus stop right outside. However, I did notice the pool area felt a bit cramped, especially during busy hours.

Staying here puts me a stone's throw from all major attractions and conveniently close to Simonstown, a must-visit village. The room provided a stunning view of the surroundings and the service was top-notch, making my stay truly memorable.

The water temperature in the shower could have been warmer.

Had a great time at this hotel! The food was fantastic and the room service was incredibly quick. Enjoyed the daily water deliveries, but wished they were more consistent. I would definitely return!

Cleanliness, Food quality

This hotel offers a family-friendly experience, perfect for small kids. We loved streaming our favorite shows from our phones to the TV in our room, and the child minders allowed my wife and I to sneak out for a romantic dinner.

My wife says that the staff could improve their responsiveness to family requests.

I spent three nights at this hotel. The room was spacious with a kitchenette and great ocean view. I enjoyed the breakfast, but the dining area was quite busy. I had a moment when I relaxed by the infinity pool, soaking up the views of the Atlantic. I experienced delays during check-in, but I appreciated the friendly staff who offered a drink while I waited. It felt inviting, especially as I value a relaxing atmosphere after my art history travels.

We took our kids and they were thrilled with the spacious rooms. The breakfast was insane. One amazing moment was when the staff went out of their way to help us get large towels after a beach day!

It wasn't exactly a bargain, but the location and family-friendly vibe made it tolerable.

Fantastic location near the Sea Point promenade made exploring easy. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Enjoyed the delicious light meals at the restaurant, providing great value. However, the room service menu was limited, and only one restaurant offered that service, which was a bit of an inconvenience. The pool area was also enjoyable but could benefit from some landscaping for a more inviting feel.
