At Le Meridien, the height of the room's roof made it feel spacious and welcoming. We were pleasantly surprised by how quiet it was when we closed the window to block out city noise. the staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. We had a smooth check-in and check-out process, and they even provided suggestions for places to visit. the location of the hotel was perfect, as it was within walking distance of two main attractions.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel in the center of Vienna. Le Meridien provided clean and spacious rooms with excellent facilities. The location was ideal, just a short walk away from popular attractions like the opera house and Hofburg Palace. The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and welcoming. We also appreciated the free mini bar and portable wifi router, allowing us to stay connected during our explorations of the city.

My stay at the hotel was fantastic. The central location made it easy to explore the city. Although the wifi was slow, the staff was helpful and assisted me with printing my ticket for the opera. The hotel pub had a great atmosphere and the concierge was very informative. Overall I highly recommend this hotel.

Everything you might need is within reach, from transportation to all the best attractions in the city. The staff is incredibly kind and friendly, providing excellent service.

The room is beautiful, well-equipped with a comfortable bed and spacious bathroom with a great shower. Well-located, no transportation needed for exploring. The fitness and spa facilities are exceptional with plenty of machines and a pleasant swimming pool. The staff is dedicated to ensuring a perfect stay.

The hotel had a great location, just a stone's throw away from all the famous landmarks in the city. It was really convenient to be able to walk everywhere and not have to rely on public transportation. Additionally, the rooms were spacious and nicely furnished, providing a comfortable stay. the breakfast selection was also a highlight, with a wide range of options to choose from.

The staff at the hotel were quite slow in their responses and not very efficient. I had requested a room change from twin beds to a king bed, but they did not take any action until I approached the concierge.

The hotel's location is perfect for exploring the city, with most of Vienna's main attractions and famous sites within walking distance. The staff at the hotel were knowledgeable about local wines and food, recommending the best options for us to try. We particularly enjoyed the omelette station at breakfast, where we could customize our breakfast to our liking.

The customer service could have been improved, as some guests experienced issues with housekeeping and restocking of minibar items.

The breakfast spread was amazing with a lot of variety. the location of the hotel was perfect, close to all the attractions and public transportation. the indoor pool and jacuzzi were a great way to relax after a day of exploring.

The staff was not very attentive or friendly. They didn't refill the tea/coffee in the rooms and no one offered to help with our bags during check, in or check, out.

The hotel offered excellent room and bathroom facilities. the front desk staff were also very helpful and attentive. the location of the hotel was perfect, as it was within walking distance to key attractions, such as museums and the opera house. Additionally, the hotel provided a great breakfast experience.

The hotel's bars, restaurants, and lounge areas lacked atmosphere and coziness. There was also a smoking allowance in the champagne bar, which made it less enjoyable for non-smokers.

As friends who love going out at nights, we really enjoyed the fantastic gym and the convenience of the hotel's location. The modern room with a high ceiling was impressive, and the free mini bar was a great perk, especially during the hot weather. The hotel's proximity to the Opera house and museums made sightseeing and dining out easy. we would highly recommend this hotel to friends and family.
