The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived until we checked out. The location couldn't have been better, as it was within walking distance of the main V&A waterfront and just across the street from the beach. We felt completely safe in the area, which was full of tourists. The rooms were comfortable and the breakfast choices were excellent. Another highlight was the direct access to the waterfront and aquarium through the basement. We also appreciated the on-site car parking available. we were very impressed with the service and the quality of this hotel.

This place is really close to the Waterfront which is the most happening place around here. It is conveniently located just a mere 10 minutes walk from there. The staff here bent backward to accommodate our needs and request at the reception desk. The spa and wellness centre on our floor was amazing, and we made use of it more than once. They also have a restaurant and bar area, and the breakfast spread had something for everyone. Room service was top-notch, and the amenities like ironing facilities, a sitting area, and a terrace were perfect. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms also worked great.
