The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived until we checked out. The location couldn't have been better, as it was within walking distance of the main V&A waterfront and just across the street from the beach. We felt completely safe in the area, which was full of tourists. The rooms were comfortable and the breakfast choices were excellent. Another highlight was the direct access to the waterfront and aquarium through the basement. We also appreciated the on-site car parking available. we were very impressed with the service and the quality of this hotel.
