We were treated exceptionally well by the staff, who were incredibly friendly and accommodating. the cleanliness of the hotel and the indoor pool were standout features that enhanced our stay. Additionally, just off exit 95 on I64/I77, the hotel's convenient location near the beautiful capital added to our overall experience. Cons: No complaints from us.

Our reservation was unexpectedly cancelled, causing a 30-minute delay in check-in, creating inconvenience with tired kids. Additionally, the room's cleanliness left much to be desired, with food debris, boogers on the wall, and used items left behind, leading to an unpleasant experience as paying guests.
