We had a peaceful and comfortable stay at the Protea Hotel. The spacious and beautifully decorated lobby and rooms provided a modern and pleasant atmosphere. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The friendly and efficient staff made us feel welcome throughout our stay. Additionally, the cappuccino served at breakfast was brewed to perfection.

The additional charge of R170 per person felt excessive and like a rip-off. Another drawback was the difficulty in finding the hotel parking, as there were no clear signs indicating its location in the basement of the center.

We didn't hear any noise and found the location to be extremely convenient. The parking facilities in the basement were a plus. The rooftop bar with its stunning views was definitely a highlight. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, and the hotel was clean and modern. we had a great experience.

Nothing it was perfect.

The friendly staff were always ready to help and the rooms were spotlessly clean. Our spacious room had a comfortable bed and a fantastic view of the surroundings. The breakfast was plentiful, and we enjoyed the variety of options provided. The hotel is conveniently located near shops and restaurants, making it easy to explore the area. We especially loved the security system and the free parking available.

Although there were some minor noises from the neighboring rooms, it did not affect our overall experience at the hotel.

Great location! We had a smooth shuttle ride from the airport. Our room was beautiful and clean. Although our dinner at the Sky-bar Lounge was average, our room service breakfast made up for it. Overall I would recommend this hotel despite the small setbacks we experienced.

The service from Linda and Tshepiso at the reception was amazing. They explained everything in detail and provided exceptional service. The room service was excellent and the staff from the Skyline restaurant was great. The hotel was super clean and had visible hand sanitizers everywhere. The bar had good coffee for takeaway and almond milk, which is rare. The staff quickly organized accommodation at a Marriott hotel closer to our event in Centurion when we realized Loftus was a bit far. The location of the hotel was very convenient and central. The rooms were beautifully furnished with comfortable bedding.

I felt so at home, no complaints.

The breakfast had a good selection of food choices available, including fresh omelettes made to order and a variety of hot and cold dishes. the rooftop terrace provided a great spot to relax and enjoy the sunset views of the city. the location was ideal, with easy access to local restaurants and shops within easy walking distance.

The air conditioning system in the room was a bit noisy at times, and the bed linens were quite heavy for the summer season. the shower pressure could have been stronger.
