I recently stayed at this 4-star hotel and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. The location was fantastic as it was right in the center of the city, making it convenient for exploring all the attractions. The service provided was top-notch, from the room service to the housekeeping. The staff were professional and attentive, especially Christopher, our waiter at breakfast. The room itself was incredibly comfortable and spacious, with a bed that was like sleeping on a cloud. I also appreciated the little touches like the turndown service and the sitting area where I could relax and unwind. The hotel also had a beautiful garden area with garden furniture, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or an evening drink.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay. The amenities offered here were excellent, including the outdoor swimming pool and the fitness center.

The location of this hotel is unbeatable. It is conveniently situated opposite a shopping mall, making it easy to access all your shopping needs. Additionally, it is close to the city center where you can find everything you need, from restaurants to entertainment options. The hotel is also a short distance away from popular tourist sites, allowing guests to easily explore the attractions of the area.

We spent our Christmas holiday in the hotel and the staff was friendly and welcoming. We were treated to complimentary drinks and snacks upon our arrival. the room was spacious and had a nice view of the surrounding. We also enjoyed the swimming pool.

There was also a pungent smell from one of the lounges and it wasn't cleaned properly. Although the beds were comfortable, the bedside tables looked old and we expected better for the price.

We got great value for our money, with a comfortable, clean and spacious room at Protea Hotel. The staff was wonderful and provided a welcoming environment.

For breakfast, it would have been better to have a wider variety of options to choose from.
