I had such a luxurious and comfortable experience at this 4-star hotel. The staff at the spa, bar, and everywhere else I encountered them were so friendly and provided excellent service. The spa treatments were absolutely divine and left me feeling completely relaxed and pampered. The room itself was top-notch, with all the necessary amenities like air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a separate sitting area. The hotel had a beautiful vibe and look to it, with its well-maintained gardens and stylish decor. The location was also perfect, situated in a good and safe area.

I highly recommend this place to everyone. The service and hospitality of the staff were truly exceptional.

The hotel is conveniently located just off the highway, allowing for easy access to other areas. Additionally, it is close to the Kyalami race track, perfect for motorsport enthusiasts, and there is a nearby mall for shopping convenience. The rooms are clean, with nice bedding, and the staff are helpful. The restaurant offers a variety of options, including a buffet dinner and a-la-carte menu with delicious choices such as line fish of the day and tasty desserts.

The table service in the restaurant tends to be slow.

Spent Christmas in this hotel and two things were offered that I really enjoyed: we had a good breakfast buffet and our room was clean and comfy. Plus, it was located near shopping and dining spots that were really convenient.

Our stay was not entirely satisfactory as we were faced with some worst aspects. First, the housekeeping staff did not do a good job as there were stains on the carpet and the bathroom was not very clean.

Clean rooms, good breakfast, spacious bar, accommodating chef.
