staff were wonderful - room smelled clean, and finishes were decent. coffee shop downstairs was super convenient. enjoyed the amazon prime TV and on-point room service. definitely recommend a stay here.

Room service was efficient, and the food delicious. the staff was friendly and helpful, enhancing the overall experience. the location is perfect, with easy access to restaurants.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Queen Julie Lodge in Cape Town. the spacious room and comfortable bed provided a relaxing retreat after a day of exploring. the highlight for me was having a TV with Amazon Prime in the room, offering a variety of entertainment options for a cozy night in.

One minor inconvenience was the lack of daily room cleaning. Although the room was comfortable, I expected a higher level of housekeeping service, especially when it came to emptying bins and replenishing coffee sachets.
