The staff at this hotel were very friendly and accommodating, always ready to help and ensure a pleasant stay. the room service was top-notch, with the housekeeping team being thorough and attentive to details. I appreciated the cleaning up of the room and the morning switch of towels. the restaurant and bar/lounge area were inviting, and the breakfasts delivered in a box were a unique touch. the location was fantastic, being a stone's throw away from shops, cafes, and the beautiful beachfront area. the hotel's proximity to entertainment spots made it convenient for a fun night out.

One thing this hotel could improve is the smoking area. It needs a designated spot for smokers to ensure non-smoking guests have a pleasant experience.

The hotel is in a fantastic location, just a stone's throw away from the beach. You can easily stroll along the beach boardwalk and enjoy the beautiful coastal views. The rooms are clean, modern, and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and spacious showers. The staff are generally accommodating and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay.

The reception desk can sometimes be unavailable, causing a slight inconvenience for guests.

The housekeeping service was subpar, as our bin was not emptied, and the carpet was not vacuumed during our entire stay. the condition of the shower drain, dirty mugs and spoons, and fluctuating shower temperature did not contribute to a positive experience.

As longer term business travelers, we really enjoyed the spacious and clean rooms. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The staff at the hotel reception were extremely kind and always available to assist us. The attached restaurant, The Cheeky Squire, offered delicious food and great views of the water. the facilities and bar at the hotel were superb, making our stay enjoyable.

We felt really good during our stay and had nothing to complain about.

The location is perfect, just a short walk away from Frankston beach and adjacent to the canal. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service, and the rooms are clean and modern with well-equipped bathrooms. Additionally, the breakfast options are satisfactory, including a little breakfast pack with juice, milk, cereal.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was satisfactory, with no major issues to be pointed out.
