We had a fantastic stay at a charming accommodation in the heart of Clarens. The location was perfect, allowing us to easily explore the town on foot. The room was comfortable and clean, with fresh linen and a cozy fireplace that was thoughtfully prepared for us. The view from our back-room was breathtaking, overlooking the beautiful mountains. The staff were hospitable and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, even accommodating our early arrival. Despite a small noise issue from the restaurant deck outside, we still had a peaceful and enjoyable stay. The provided breakfast voucher allowed us to choose from different restaurants, although some options were a bit greasy. we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this accommodation.

The hotel is located in the heart of the city which makes it convenient for traveling around. The staff was friendly and provided us with necessary information about the city. The rooms were equipped with basic amenities which helped us to manage our work.

The hotel was not well-maintained and was dirty. , the quality of breakfast was not up to the mark.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The service provided by the restaurant staff was outstanding and the manageress went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The hotel's central location allowed us to easily explore the area by foot and the breakfast provided was superb. The room was clean, with high-quality linens, and we appreciated the extras such as water, sherry, chocolates, and tea/coffee. The presence of a heater in the room was a nice touch, keeping us warm during chilly evenings.

We would highly recommend this hotel to our friends.
