The location of the accommodation was perfect, being very close to the center of town. Despite its central location, the area had a suburban feel and was incredibly quiet. The suite we stayed in was spacious and had modern furnishings and décor. The bathroom was amazing, with all the necessary toiletries provided. The service was exceptional, with the owner fulfilling specific requests and even doing our laundry every day for free.

There was no TV in the room.

We had a fantastic stay at a charming retreat in Richards Bay. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with a comfortable bed, a large TV and a powerful air conditioner. The hosts were welcoming and accommodating, making us feel right at home. The peaceful garden and pool were perfect for relaxing. we highly recommend Rooibos Retreat for a relaxed and comfortable stay.

I recently spent some time in a hotel located in a peaceful area with excellent restaurants around. The way they treated me was fantastic, the staff was very polite and helpful at all times. One of the things that I liked most was that they offered me fresh towels and toiletries every single day. , I was pleasantly surprised to find out that they did my laundry for free and it was always ready upon my return. the room decoration was modern and impeccable, and the bed was extremely comfortable.

The lack of TV in the room, but they offered a free streaming service.

This hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood, yet it's very close to the center of Richards Bay, making it convenient for exploring the area. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with attention to detail and a traditional feel. I loved that the rooms have two double beds, perfect for sharing with friends or family. The basic amenities are all there, including access to all DStv channels and even Netflix. The staff is friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast offered is a great start to the day.

Everything was great, no improvements needed.
