The hotel was neat and tidy with professional and customer-oriented staff. The receptionist was very helpful and the location was convenient. The air conditioner, shower, and small balcony were all in good condition. The daily cleaning service and overall premises were excellent.

Not one thing.

Had a great Easter weekend getaway, the location was perfect, close enough to the beach and restaurants. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and fresh towels every day. The staff were friendly and always willing to help book tours or recommend local attractions. I also liked the free Wi-Fi which made it easy to stay connected and plan our activities.

The noise level at night. There seemed to be groups of young guests in the hotel who were quite loud and boisterous, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, with a shopping centre nearby for convenience. The rooms are clean and modern, providing a peaceful atmosphere. The staff is polite, helpful, and always available to assist guests.

One negative aspect is the difficulty with parking, which can make it challenging to navigate in and out of the premises.

The staff at Royal Ushaka Hotel Morningside were incredibly helpful and accommodating during my stay. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel welcome and ensured that all my needs were met. They went above and beyond to make sure I had a pleasant experience.

Clean and tidy. Helpful staff. Great view from higher floors. Nice rooms, good value. Convenient location.
