I recently stayed at Sabie River Bush Lodge for one night and it was a wonderful experience. The room was exceptionally clean and the bed was luxuriously comfortable. I loved the romantic touch of the beautiful net draped over the bed, which also provided protection from any mosquitoes. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, offering us a refreshing glass of iced tea or lemonade upon arrival. The food was excellent and the overall service was fantastic. The lodge's location by the river was stunning, and the hippos in the water added to the charm. I highly recommend this lodge and would definitely stay here again if I return to the area.

During breakfast, I had the pleasure of enjoying a peaceful view of the river flowing by with hippos and kudus drinking from it. The beautiful garden and well-maintained property added to the serene atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodative, making my stay all the more pleasant. The location was great, offering easy access to Kruger Park while still providing a private and peaceful space to retreat to at the end of the day. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful, always accommodating our requests. the lodge itself is intimate and has stunning views. the facilities are top-notch, and everything was clean and well-maintained. the breakfast was great and the service exceptional. Although the dinner vegetables were al dente, which wasn't to my personal liking, the overall dining experience was still enjoyable. I must reiterate that it is an awesome place with exceptional service. We will definitely be returning.

I recently had a wonderful stay at a lodge nestled along the Sabie River, offering breathtaking views of the river and the Kruger National Park. the staff at this intimate lodge were incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. the well-tended garden added to the relaxed atmosphere. Our self-catering tent was comfortable and equipped with a private balcony, air conditioning, and a separate kitchen. We even had our own shower and shared toilets with just two other tents. the highlight was definitely the car cleaning service which was a fantastic bonus after our dusty Kruger trip. Another great perk was the lodge's convenient proximity to two Kruger gates, making it easy to explore the national park.

the view of the river was just as stunning as advertised, and we were lucky enough to see hippos right from our patio. the cleaning staff was excellent, finding a lost earring in the tent. the chill area by the river was perfect for relaxing, and the food was delicious. the lodge's location near Kruger National Park gates was a great bonus for exploring.

We had a wonderful stay at the lodge. the facilities were great, including the rooms which were up to standard. the staff were superb, friendly, and always helpful. We especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast and dinner prepared by the talented chef. the location was perfect for day visits to Kruger Park, with minimal waiting time compared to other gates. the highlight was definitely being able to see hippos up close from the poolside, as well as other wildlife like elephants and buffalo. the lodge provided a relaxed atmosphere and a perfect small getaway.

We had a fantastic stay at a lodge by the river. the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, even washing our car and making a cozy fire for us. the view from the deck was breathtaking, with hippos and elephants to admire. the meals were delicious, ranging from a traditional braai to venison kebabs and mushroom risotto. the tent was a bit chilly, but that was expected. the braai stand and the car were cleaned daily, and the staff were always friendly and ready to assist. it was a great experience!

The lodge's location was convenient, being close to two gates of the Kruger Park. the peacefulness and quietness of the lodge made our stay very enjoyable.

We recently stayed at the wonderful Sabie River Bush Lodge for 5 days. The location was perfect, situated between Paul Kruger Gate and Phabeni Gate. The pool, overlooking the Sabi River, was clean and offered stunning views of elephants and hippos. The food was incredible, with a 3-course meal each evening and a delicious continental and hot breakfast. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our vegetarian diet. The rooms were cleaned daily with fresh towels, and there was even a fire pit available at night. the staff were friendly, helpful, and always had a great sense of humor. We even got a free upgrade to a double room!

Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Great value for money, with comfortable luxury tents and a good selection of food. the location was ideal, with lovely views and close proximity to a national park entrance. the staff were friendly and went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay.

Service could be slow at times, and vegetarian options for dinner were limited. the morning safari guide provided little information and drove too quickly, making the trip feel rushed.

We had a fantastic stay at this lodge! the setting was beautiful, with stunning gardens and a deck overlooking the waterfront where we could watch wildlife. Our house on stilts was spacious and had a large terrace right next to the river. It was incredible to see the Hippos grazing just a few meters away from us at night. the food and service were great, and we enjoyed the unique experience of the "Tent" with its inside and outside shower that offered a view of the river. it was a great place to stay, and we would definitely go back if we could.

Fantastic game drives with informative and friendly guides. Blessed with variety of animals seen.
