The hotel is conveniently located in a vibrant area. However, to enjoy the view, I had to climb up the stairs to the dining area, which offered a panoramic cityscape. The room was cozy, with a comfortable bed and clean linen. The staff were friendly and helpful. Despite a few shortcomings mentioned by other guests, the breakfast on the terrace was delicious, accompanied by a breathtaking view of the city.

The surrounding area seemed a bit sketchy, and it was advised not to walk around after dark.

I was amazed by the stunning view from the hotel balcony. The pool and gardens were well-maintained. The room was cozy and spotlessly clean. I had an issue with the tap water, but the staff quickly provided bottled water. I had a wonderful stay and would recommend it.

During our Christmas stay at this hotel, we were pleasantly surprised with two complementary facts offered by the hotel staff. the location of the hotel was great with easy access to nearby attractions. We also enjoy the beautiful view from the reception area.

the TV channels were very limited and the furnishings were quite dated. we did not feel very safe in the surrounding area which was experiencing problems with illegal squatters.

This hotel’s location on top of a mountain provided stunning views of the city and harbour, perfect for breakfast or lounging. However, it’s not safe to walk around after dark in this high-crime area. Security measures including CCTV were visible.

The size of the rooms were quite small, and there was only one awkwardly placed electrical point.

We had a lovely stay here! This venue is situated in a really good area, on a hill with beautiful views. The service from all staff members was exceptional. We particularly enjoyed the additional services, like cleaning and re-arrangement of our room. The leisure facilities are great too, with a lovely outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace. The room had everything we needed, including flat-screen TV and an electric kettle. The staff were also very helpful in ordering takeaways for us.

That the neighborhood can be a bit sketchy, but we still felt safe here. we would highly recommend this hotel to our friends.
