The value for money at Southern Sun was excellent, and our room was comfortable and pleasant. The location was convenient, and the staff treated us with exceptional service.

Food for breakfast could be improved by separating vegetarian and non-vegetarian items to avoid cross-contamination.

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the Waterfront and offers a free shuttle bus service. The staff is friendly and helpful, and they made arrangements for all our needs, including a baby cot and parking. The room was spacious enough for our family of five, and the free kids club and live piano music during breakfast added to the enjoyable experience. The pool area was great, with a heated pool and afternoon popcorn snack. The breakfast was delicious, and the hotel had all the expected facilities.

My recent stay at Southern Sun in Cape Town was absolutely wonderful! I stayed for a week for a leisure trip and I was extremely impressed. The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to the Dock commercial centre and a shuttle service available at all hours. The staff were welcoming, efficient, and provided exceptional service throughout my stay. The room was comfortable, with a neat and inviting bathroom featuring a luxurious bathtub. The heated pool was a highlight, as well as the excellent spa and treatments available. The pool area always had fresh and neatly stacked towels for guests to use. The breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of choices including made-to-order omelets. I can't wait to book my next stay at this fantastic hotel!

We had a great stay here! The location was fantastic, right in the center near the Congress Center. The service was top-notch, with friendly staff who went out of their way to make us feel at home. The room amenities were excellent, with ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a sitting area. We especially loved the restaurant and the breakfast service, where the staff gave great service. We also enjoyed the leisure facilities, such as the swimming pool and spa center. we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this place to families.

The on-site dining options were fantastic, especially the Peach tree restaurant and the buffet breakfast.
