I enjoyed my stay immensely. The location was fantastic, with easy access to the waterfront shops and restaurants. The shuttle service made it incredibly convenient to explore the area, and the room was spacious and comfortable, adding to a restful experience.

The pool area could have benefited from more lounge chairs.

Consider requesting an upper floor room for a quieter experience, especially if you prefer to avoid poolside noise during your stay.

The location was perfect, just a hop to the Waterfront and the shuttle was spot on! 😄 Freddy at reception always had a smile and made us feel right at home. The brekkie buffet was a lekker start to the day with a bit of piano music! 🎹

Only downside was the noise from the street could be a bit distracting at times. 🤷‍♂️

but the lifts had some issues. the staff were super friendly and helpful! breakfast was really good but same every day. the pool area was picturesque, perfect for relaxation! !

Just a great match for a day tour in Cape Town with the best value for money ratio. One night, we had a bit of a hassle getting locked out due to a door battery issue, but the staff handled it promptly and got us back in quickly. Consider asking for a lower floor if you're not keen on long elevator rides.

The check-in process was impressively swift, and I appreciated the welcoming atmosphere created by the staff. The pool area was a highlight, offering a relaxing environment, complemented by an exceptional buffet breakfast featuring delicious bread. However, there were moments during dinner when the service at the restaurant felt lacking, and the noise from the bar was a bit disruptive. The shuttle service to local attractions was a fantastic convenience.

Central location with easy access to the Waterfront and the convention center, and lovely touches like warm food in the lobby and a piano player during breakfast made for a great vibe. Cleanliness was top-notch, and the staff were helpful throughout our stay!

It was all superb.

The hotel was beautiful, and our room was super comfy with great amenities. We loved unwinding with a full body massage and relaxing by the heated pool. One small downside was that the Wi-Fi was a bit spotty, but that didn't ruin our experience at all. Definitely try out the breakfast buffet. it's amazing! 😊

We enjoyed our time at this hotel, especially the relaxing ambiance by the pool. The breakfast was delightful! Pius Xulu, the Guest Relations Manager, truly went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. For families, I recommend an upper floor room for quieter surroundings.

We really enjoyed the spacious rooms, especially since we stayed with our five kids. The breakfast buffet had a ton of choices, and the staff at the hotel were fantastic about setting up transportation for us to check out the vibrant waterfront nearby.

My kids wished there were more options for activities within the hotel, as it would keep them entertained during downtime.
