The hotel's location is fantastic, right on the waterfront with stunning views across the bay. It is also conveniently close to the ferry terminal, making it easy to explore the surrounding areas. The rooms are comfortable with a comfy bed and are kept very clean. Additionally, the staff are friendly and approachable, ensuring a pleasant stay.

Some members of staff were rude and require customer relations training.

This hotel is in a perfect location, with stunning views of the bay and castle. It's also conveniently close to the main center, so you can easily walk to restaurants on the waterfront. The area is very quiet, which adds to the relaxing atmosphere. The hotel offers excellent service, with room amenities like ironing facilities and a mini-bar. The staff here are friendly and always provide a warm welcome. I also loved the indoor swimming pool and sauna, perfect for unwinding after a long day.

Although the service at this hotel was generally good, there were a few instances where the staff seemed a bit unwelcoming. However, this would not stop me from recommending this hotel to friends.

The variety and quality of the food were truly remarkable. The friendly service and modern lobby/restaurant area added to the overall wonderful experience. The hotel also provided all the necessary amenities like pool, spa, gym, bar, and restaurant. The rooms, despite slightly dated bathrooms, were comfortable and serviced daily by friendly personnel. I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional breakfast buffet and delightful amenities.

I recently stayed at Radisson Blu Waterfront Hotel for a weekend getaway. The location was perfect, offering stunning views of the beach and harbour. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going out of their way to ensure our comfort. The room was comfortable and well-maintained, with a fantastic view of Elizabeth Castle. The pool and gym facilities were great, and there was a lovely restaurant and bar with waterside views. The manager ran the hotel excellently, making sure we had a memorable experience. We have already booked for next year!

We had a lovely weekend at this hotel. the view from our suite was amazing and we enjoyed watching the boats go by. the staff were friendly and attentive, making us feel very welcome. the breakfast buffet had a great selection, with freshly made waffles and eggs cooked to order. the hotel is also located close to some great restaurants and shopping areas, which was very convenient.

The sandwiches were dry and the service was slow. It took a while for our tea to arrive and we had to ask several times for more cream and jam.
