Absolutely loved the trendy Liquid Lounge with its stylish cocktails! And the restaurants offered a fusion of flavors that made my taste buds do a happy dance. Plus, the adjacent entertainment complex was like stepping into old Italy.

Oh, but who needs good room comfort or decent TVs anyway? Ignorable details!

I had an enjoyable stay at Pivot Hotel Montecasino. The entire hotel was impeccably clean and beautifully decorated. My room was spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The highlight of my stay was the stunning outdoor terrace with a view of the garden, where I could work while enjoying the WiFi and a refreshing drink. The staff were all exceptional, providing excellent service. Although the restaurant in the hotel wasn't the best, there were plenty of dining options in the nearby casino. The only downside was the early check-in fee, which I found to be quite steep. However, overall I highly recommend this hotel for a high-quality base during a business trip.

The Easter getaway was absolutely fantastic! the free Wi-Fi offered was great for keeping in touch with loved ones back home. the hotel's location was perfect - nestled in the heart of the entertainment district, and close to various activities. What was really awesome was the complimentary Easter egg hunt for the kids - my little girl loved it!

Staff were slow at responding to room service requests and sometimes didn't even answer the phone. the breakfast buffet was quite expensive and could have been better in terms of variety.

Tebogo, one of the friendly staff members, assisted us with our luggage and even transported us in a cart to the casino for an unforgettable experience at the Gregory Porter show. The hotel's location was perfect, just a short walk to Monte Casino, which was convenient for us as bike riders. Also, the breakfast served at Pivot was absolutely delicious and a great way to start our day.

We felt completely happy with our stay at Pivot Hotel and had no reason to complain. Every aspect of our experience, from the excellent service to the stylish and clean rooms, exceeded our expectations.

The hotel is in a great location, right opposite the Montecasino entertainment centre and next to the Design Quarter shopping complex. Guests can easily explore the casino and enjoy the variety of restaurants available nearby. The rooms are comfortable and beautiful with balconies that offer views of the pool. The breakfast is delicious and offers a wide variety of options.

The management seems to have a complacency issue and there have been no room refurbishments in the past five years.

We really enjoyed our stay at this venue! The location in Fourways was perfect for us as it was close to restaurants and other family-friendly activities. The service here was exceptional, from the porter and security to the reception staff, everyone went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. Our room was spotless and well-appointed with amenities like an electric kettle and in-room safe. We loved the terrace with its garden furniture where we could relax and enjoy the surroundings after a busy day. The breakfast was amazing with a good variety of options and the restaurant served delicious meals.

We would definitely recommend this hotel to our family and friends without hesitation.

The cocktails at 3SIXTY° Liquid Lounge were the highlight of my stay. Punchinello's winter menu was a flavor explosion. And the Montecasino complex? A charming slice of old Italy with endless entertainment.

Oh, how I loved standing and waiting for breakfast, fixing my own TV, and rationing milk for my coffee! Such a treat.
