Beautifully decorated room with amazing fynbos view. Daily cleaning and turn down service. Mini bar, espresso coffee, and cookies provided. Excellent restaurant food. A lot of thought put into making guests feel welcome. Amenities in the rooms are excellent. Fantastic selection of local and seasonal foods. Staff handled a small issue smoothly and friendly. Informal and comfortable atmosphere. Helpful and attentive team.

This hotel really exceeded my expectations. the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring all my luxurious needs were met. the room was spacious and comfortable, with exclusive amenities and a stunning view. the restaurant offered outstanding cuisine, with a variety of options to cater to all dietary needs. the outdoor swimming pool was perfect for lounging on the sun terrace, while the spa centre offered an indulgent and relaxing experience with a range of services to choose from.

The only minor downside was the distance from the town's main restaurants, but this was easily accessible by car. Aside from that, there were no other complaints whatsoever.

The beach access was the best part of my holiday. the walking paths were stimulating. Breakfast on the terrace was an enjoyable experience.

The room we stayed in was showing signs of wear and tear. the TV channels provided were not as advertised in the room information booklet.

The variety of lunch and dinner options in the restaurant could be improved to cater to guests staying longer.
