As a young family, we loved the welcoming staff and helpful receptionist who gave us great advice on local attractions. The hotel's location right next to ParkOra meant we had plenty of restaurant options and cafes for a lively evening. The free breakfast vouchers were a nice touch and the buffet had a good selection. Plus, the Carrefour mall just a short walk behind the hotel was convenient. Our superior king room was spacious with a fantastic city view, and the cleaning service was top-notch. The hotel also offered free self-parking, fast internet, and had excellent room service with delicious food.

Check-in and check-out were a breeze, and the lobby was beautifully designed. The breakfast selection was tasty and varied, and the location near the mall was convenient for shopping. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a fantastic shower that had water jets from the side of the tub. The spa facilities were also amazing, especially the private thermal water rooms. my stay was excellent, and I would highly recommend this hotel.

The front desk team, particularly Kadriye Kirbis, provides exceptional guest relations, ensuring a comfortable stay. The rooms, especially the standard ones with open views to Aludug Mountain, are well-maintained and offer a pleasant stay. The bathrooms are clean, and the service provided by the staff is top-notch. The breakfast spread is extensive and of high quality, catering to different tastes and preferences.

Some of the porters were unprofessional and failed to assist guests, especially those with physical handicaps, which is an area that needs improvement.

During our Christmas stay, we were pleasantly surprised by the generous and caring management of this hotel. They went above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable. We were upgraded to the club level, which was a fantastic bonus. the food at the club lounge was unbelievably great, with a variety of hot items, traditional dishes, and delicious Turkish desserts. It was a delightful experience, and we wish other Crowne Plaza hotels were as good as this one.

The location of the hotel was great, as it was near a shopping center and convenient for my business trip. the rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. I also enjoyed the available thermal pool, which was a nice added feature for relaxation after a long day of work.

The location was superb, with a mall just a 5-minute walk away and easy access to everything in the city. We especially appreciated the convenience of being near the bus station and the option to travel by ferry.
